Rural FASD is offering Mental Health First Aid Training. Our next session is on May 1, 2024 from 9am to 4pm.

Facilitated by Judith Peak, Program Coordinator, Certified MHFA Facilitator.

This event is open to anyone.

OUTCOMES INCLUDE:
– Tools to recognize signs of mental well-being and coping strategies for life’s challenges
– Ability to talk about one’s own mental health
– The knowledge to discuss professional and other supports that could help with recfovery or improve mental well-being
