Rural FASD is offering Mental Health First Aid Training.
Facilitated by Judith Peak, Program Coordinator, Certified MHFA Facilitator.
The training is open to anyone.
OUTCOMES INCLUDE:
– Tools to recognize signs of mental well-being and coping strategies for life’s challenges
– Ability to talk about one’s own mental health
– The knowledge to discuss professional and other supports that could help with recfovery or improve mental well-being
The next training will be virtual on Thursday, November 14, 2024 from 9am to 4pm.
